50% of the profits from his album are being donated to charity. Broussard has a long history of philanthropy throughout his career also having released a charity live album in 2005 with 100% of the profits being donated to victims of hurricane Katrina. In 2007 Broussard traveled to the Middle East to entertain US Soldiers are part of an "Entertain the Troops Tour."
